Through asana, we learn to embrace our bodies, not for how they look, but for how they move, support, and carry us through life. Pranayama teaches us to use our breath as a tool—to calm our minds, to ground ourselves in the present, to remind us that we are enough. What to expect:
An intro to basic aerial yoga inversions & a variety of standing stretches utilizing the hammock. We’ll cover modifications & tips to combat any dizziness that may occur. The workshop will conclude w/ savasana in the hammock.

Although inversion exercises are beneficial for perfectly healthy people, they are not recommended for people with any of the following conditions or ailments:
• High blood pressure/ Low Blood Pressure
• Serious spinal or neck injuries
• Glaucoma
• Pregnancy
• Heart conditions of any kind
• Epilepsy

*If you have one of these conditions, we require a doctor's note with permission to practice aerial yoga.
